Public offer agreement for the online store Kolomatsky&Co.

The Kolomatsky&Co online store offers to conclude this agreement on the terms of the offer. This offer is valid for individuals only.

The Kolomatsky&Co online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) sells and the buyer buys goods on the website https://kolomatskygem.com. The full range of products is available in the “Catalog” section of the website https://kolomatskygem.com.

Acceptance (acceptance by the buyer of the terms of this agreement) occurs at the time of payment for the order.

Descriptions of products and their prices can be found in the “Catalog” section on the website https://kolomatskygem.com/shop/. The characteristics of each product may differ slightly from those stated on the website.

All payments between the parties are made in US dollars. Cash or non-cash payment is possible. The buyer can make an advance payment for the goods or pay the full price by credit card. Upon receipt of payment, it is confirmed by the issuance of a cash receipt, which is provided to the Buyer by the Store.

Delivery is carried out by the international transport company DHL to the Buyer’s address. The buyer agrees to accept and pay the cost of delivery of the order and all associated taxes and duties, if any, provided for by the laws of the recipient’s country. Delivery is carried out within the time limits specified in the DHL TC offer.

The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Along with the goods, the Store transfers to the Buyer the entire set of necessary warranty documents.

Products are made to order with individual design and are not subject to return. If the return is made due to the poor quality of the product, a photo of the poor quality product is required, in which the defect can be clearly distinguished. To make a return, you must send an e-mail to: .kolomatskygem@gmail.com. In the letter, indicate the order number and contact information of the Buyer.

To make a purchase, the Buyer provides the Store with the following personal data: full name, telephone number and email address, as well as the address to which the purchase will be delivered. The store undertakes to ensure that this data is stored in accordance with current legislation.

In case of disagreement, pre-trial resolution of disputes is mandatory. The claim must be sent to the address: kolomatskygem@gmail.com. The store is obliged to review it and respond within two business days of receipt.

If an agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with current legislation.

The offer may be changed by the Store at any time. The changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Kolomatsky&Co. website.

The parties are completely released from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances. These include earthquakes, floods, fires, military actions and others. The occurrence of such circumstances must be immediately notified to the other party by email specified in the Store details or the Buyer’s personal data.
