Terms of delivery and return of goods

Shipping
1. Delivery time: Usually, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
2. Shipping cost: Shipping cost depends on the selected shipping method and the weight of the order. The exact cost can be seen at the checkout stage.
3. Shipping methods: We offer several shipping options, including courier delivery, delivery to the post office, and pickup from our warehouse.
4. Order tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Special conditions: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays and other factors.

Returns
1. Return period: You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Return conditions: The goods must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and labels.
3. Return procedure: To arrange a return, contact our customer service by email or phone. You will receive instructions on how to return the goods.
4. Return costs: The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective. In case of a defective product, the return will be compensated by us.
5. Refund: Refunds are made within 7 working days after receiving and checking the returned goods. The funds will be refunded to the same means of payment that was used to pay for the order.
