Placing an order for the purchase of precious stones and the manufacture of jewelry

You can place an order for the gemstone of your choice online, directly from the product card. When registering, you must fill out personal information: name, delivery address, phone number and email for feedback. Within 1 business day after placing your order, our specialist will contact you and confirm the order, and also advise on the timing of delivery and receipt of your order.

If you place an order for the manufacture of jewelry from the precious stone(s) of your choice, then for more detailed information and approvals you need to contact us in any way convenient for you from the Contacts page or via chat.

Payment for ordered precious stones and products made from precious stones

Payment for an order placed on the website can be made online using the PayPal payment system, bank cards and electronic money, choosing a payment method convenient for you when placing an order, where at the last stage of registration you will be offered a choice of payment method, as well as a payment aggregator and/ or bank.

Delivery of paid orders on the Kolomatsky&Co website

Доставка размещенных и оплаченных заказов осуществляется международной курьерской службой DHL. All shipments are insured for the full value of the paid order. You can find out about delivery times to your region in the corresponding section of the official DHL website.

Shipping costs, local taxes and duties, if required by the laws of the recipient’s country, are paid by the buyer.
